Here at The Doors Group, for almost a decade we have been installing affordable, high-quality and virtually maintenance-free external doors to customers across the UK. This experience has led to our service being second to none; this is thanks to the manufacturing process we follow and the service that we deliver.
This week our blog is going to look at the manufacturing process that our door goes through from the moment that a door is ordered, to the moment that they leave our factory.
Before a door order is even placed, we will need to know a few details about the door you wish to order. As well as the colour, style and glass design, we will also need to know specifics about your door such as the size and any added extras. We need the specifics that we can provide you with an accurate online quote and so that we can manufacture your new uPVC or Composite Door to your exact measurements.
We only create made to measure doors and uPVC Windows as they are guaranteed to fit your surround perfectly and will pass all building inspections. Once your chosen design has been created to your exact measurements, our fabricators will then add the glass design, backing glass and any accessories you have chosen.
When creating your new external door or window we will only use the highest quality components that have been CE marked. This allows you to purchase a door that is not only the highest of quality but, a door that you can trust to make your home as secure as possible.
Once we have finished the door manufacturing process, all of our products will then pass through a quality control process. Here, our highly trained staff ensure that your door works as it should and meets our high standards that we set for all of our products.
Wherever you are in the mainland UK our products can be delivered to you using our very own delivery network. Having this service allows you to only deal with one company throughout the whole process and ensures that your new doors are delivered on time and in the same condition that they left the factory in.
